Ecology and environmental protection

Energoinstal has vast experience in implementation of tasks related to broadly defined environmental protection, is a widely respected manufacturer of boilers including flue gas treatment installations and equipment for industrial power with regard to the environmental aspects of their application.
Our boilers stand for the latest technology solutions, they are used in the combustion of biomass, municipal waste utilization and waste industrial gases.
Energoinstal`s quality and eco-friendly activity is confirmed by implemented and maintained SCC management system of occupational safety and environmental protection, systematically implemented personnel training in the field of environmental protection and followed trend to reduce energy consumption and produced waste.

Many years of Energoinstal`s experience including activity in scope of pro-ecological solutions is
reflected in the sphere of:

• equipment production and general contractorship in turnkey realisation
• consultancy in the area of environmental engineering
• increased investment in research and development aiming to develop advanced technology solutions in scope of use of renewable energy sources.

Energoinstal already in the 70s, as a result of the conducted works became the owner of the main patent and 5 additional patents for the invention of "Biological wastewater treatment plant" that received patent protection in 17 countries around the world, including: Greece, France, FRG, Japan,
Spain, Canada, Portugal, USSR, England, Norway.

Based on these inventions in the eighties and nineties of the twentieth century the so-called Biooxybloks, two-stage biological sewage treatment plants have been designed and realized.
Energoinstal built Biooxybloks in Gliwice, Łeba, Swarzewo, Pyrzyce, Jastarnia, Bytom, and in Greece.
In the scope of pro-ecological works Energoinstal includes the construction of animal waste treatment installation and execution of works on the sites, such as waste water treatment plants.
The leading implementation in this area is CHP for Przyjaźń Coke Plant completed in 2007, with power of 21MWe, capacity of 95t/h steam, where Energoinstal was the General Contractor.
Disposal of excess gas used in CHP Przyjaźń brings enormous benefits both in from energy and environment point of view.
The energy result of excess gas combustion is saving of about 12 thousand tons of non-renewable energy carriers in form of coal. The applied solutions will contribute to energy use of excess gases discharged into the atmosphere in quantities of 20 000m3 /h.

September 2011 Completion of the project: GreenEvo-Accelerator of Green Technology Published by: Ministry of Environment Energoinstal`s technology was appreciated including its significant contribution to the spread of Polish pro-environmental engineering solutions and tasks realisation under the National Environmental Policy.
Energoinstal was recognised as "Leader of environmental technologies."

June 6, 2011 Official opening of the Centre for Innovative Laser Technologies, Energoinstal SA in Poreba, Zawiercie.
This new investment is an innovation on a global scale, using modern laser welding techniques for the production of power boilers and their parts.
